Modern, neat room on the upper floors. Hospitality from the whole staff. Convenient and best possible location, fairly nice area. Plenty of food in the hotel, gourmet restaurant. Not the cheapest one though good value.

Nicely appointed and ideal hotel, I liked its central location next to shops ranging from Calvin Klein to Indian stores, the bus stand, Haveli and Viva college for shopping and entertainment and the outskirts of Jalandhar. The room was recently refurbished on the level 3, I felt comfortable there. An iron and ironing board, and a kettle were much appreciated.

We stayed at Best Western Plus for our children's mundan ceremony and had a 7-day stay. The lobby made a great first impression with its beautiful decor. Our executive suites were spacious and well-equipped with a living area, two TVs, mini bar, and tea/coffee facilities. The ensuite had a large shower with hot water, and the walk-in wardrobe was convenient. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast served in the morning was delicious with a good variety of options. The hotel's location on the main road made it easy for us to explore nearby towns.

The rooms are heated and updated, with WiFi, a mini bar, an iron and ironing board.

The breakfast spread was good with enough options. The hotel had a clean shower area with strong water pressure. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I easily got transportation through OLA taxi service.

Great location near many businesses and the airport. The complimentary breakfast was decent. The staff was friendly and accommodating when I needed extra towels.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, away from the hustle and bustle, making it a peaceful and serene place to stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with modern amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The staff provided excellent room service and were always available to assist with any needs or requests. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of options including eggs, fruits, yogurt, and even an omelet station. Additionally, the hotel had a beautiful garden area where we could relax and unwind. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

There were no negative aspects to mention about this hotel as everything was top-notch and met our expectations. The staff provided exceptional service, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was delicious.
